How To Enable and Disable the Built-In Administrator User in Windows 10
Would you like to activate the built-in Administrator account in Windows 10? then follow the steps which are shown below.

Enable the Built-in Administrator Account by CMD:
- Type CMD in your Search box and and you will find Command Prompt In the search results list.
- Right-click on Command Prompt, and then select Run as Administrator.
- When you are prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click Continue.
- Type net user to see your all users.
- Type net user administrator /active:yes at your command prompt, and then press ENTER.
- Type net user administrator *, and then press ENTER.
- Type your passwords which you want to set to administrator account and then press ENTER.
- Retype the password for the confirm and press ENTER.
- Now close command prompt.
- Type CMD in your Search box and and you will find Command Prompt In the search results list.
- Right-click on Command Prompt, and then select Run as Administrator.
- When you are prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click Continue.
- Type net user administrator /active:no at your command prompt, and then press ENTER.
Alternate Method:
- Right click on the This PC icon and select Manage.
- Expand Local Users and Groups
- Left click on Users folder
- Right click on Administrator in right column and select Set Password..
- Now right click on Administrator again, select Properties and uncheck the Account is Disabled
- To disable the account right click on Administrator, select Properties and place check in the Account is Disabled
