Taking Screenshot is an important part of our tech life. When we want to share some interesting content with others, or need to get help when an error message pops up on our computer then we need to take a screenshot of the entire screen or part of the screen.
How to take screenshots on Windows 10:
There are a number of different ways to capture screenshots. In this article, I’ll show Three ways to take a screenshot in Windows 10.
Method One: Using Keyboard Shortcut
Capturing Entire Screen To File
Press Windows key + Print Screen Key Simultaneously on Your Keyboard:
Using this shortcut, a screenshot of the entire screen will be saved to an image file. All captures using this method will save into the Screenshots folders inside the Pictures folder.Capturing Entire screen to Clipboard
Press PrtScrn Key On Your Keyboard and Paste (Clt+V) on Your Application.
Method Two: Using Snipping Tool
- Find Snipping Tool by typing "snipping" in the Windows search box Or Press Win+R to open Run tool then Type "snippingtool"
- Click "New" and select your desired area to take a screenshot.
- Now Click Save.
Method Three: Using Third-Party Free Tool "LightShort"
- Download and install LightShort on your Computer.
- After installing LightShort tool icon will be shown in the right corner on the taskbar.
- Now click on the icon or Press Print Screen on the keyboard.
- Now Select your desired area on your screen and click save icon.
