How To View Saved Passwords in all Web Browsers
When you enter a username and password that you haven't already saved for a website, Your Browser will ask if you want to save it so that next time you can access that website without typing your credentials. Due to this feature, is difficult for users to remember their passwords.
So in this article, we will discuss how to view saved Passwords in all web browsers. But It is strongly recommended that you do not use your browser's password saving feature as it is not a secure password manager.View Saved Passwords in Firefox:
- Open the Firefox browser.
- Click the ☰ Menu icon in Firefox button located in the top-right corner of the window.
- Click Logins and Passwords near the middle of the Drop-Down Menu.
- New Windows Named Firefox Lockwise Will Appear.
- Now You will see all of your saved sites with your Username and Password.
- Click the Eye icon To view your Password.
View Saved Passwords in Google Chrome:
- Open the Google Chrome browser.
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select Passwords.
- In the new tab, you’ll find a list of all the usernames and passwords saved to Chrome.
- To view the password in plain text, click the eye icon.
- Now Click the Eye icon To view the password in plain text.
View all saved credentials in all Web browsers:
- Download WebBrowserPassView {View the passwords stored by your Web browser Supports Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera)
- Extract the downloaded zip file.
- In the extracted folder, double click to run the WebBrowserPassView application to see all stored usernames and passwords in any web browser you use.
