How to Create a Verified Coinbase Account - Step By Step.
What is Coinbase?
Coinbase is the largest and mostly used secure online platform for buying, selling, transferring, and storing digital currency all over the world. It was founded on June 20, 2012, by Brian Armstrong, and Fred Ehrsam. As a broker exchange, it serves as a platform for buying, selling, withdrawing, and depositing Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Stellar Lumens, Zcash, etc in approximately 32 countries.
How to create a Coinbase account?
Go to CoinbaseEnter your “First name”, “Last name”, “Email” and “Password”.
Check the box “I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy”.
Click “Create Account”
You will be directed to a confirmation page upon submission, and a verification email will be sent.
Go to your mailbox.
Open your email and click on “Verify email address”
Once Email verification has been completed, you will automatically be redirected to the Coinbase site for the two-step verification Set up.
Select your "Country" and Enter your "Phone Number" then Click on Send Code.
You will then receive an SMS with a code, enter this code in the space provided for it.
After verifying the number, you will see the dashboard of your Coinbase account.
Now you need to complete your profile with all other information.
Click on Profile icon at the top right-hand corner of the page and then Click on "Settings".
Upload your Profile Picture and click on "Save".
Scroll down and fill up your "Personal Details" then click on "Save".
Finally, you will need to have your identity verified by providing your Passport, Driver’s License or Photo ID.
Go Document Verification Page and Choose the document you wish to provide.
You can send this document in 3 different ways, either by Webcam, Mobile Camera or File Download (PDF preferred or quality photo).
Once this verification is completed, Congratulations your account is created, welcome to the cryptocurrency world!
